I personally think this is utter bullshit.

Burning thirst blood is not 175 keys, it's 145 and that seems high already.

my friend sold his duped one for a duped beams cosa+hearts slick, idk what that would come out to because duped beams cosa hasn't had other sales recently, judging from offers around 130, so 130+65=195*0.9=176 on the duped?

this sale could be lower, I don't like the b/o rule either but there are plenty of other sellers with a clean burning thirst at below bp.tf price, including one for 90 in the classifieds

Well it's capped anyways, I guess the values will be near at 160 even if the thirst blood is even lower than 90.

yeah, duped cosa also previously had a buyout of 150 http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25972275 , so the beams cosa+hearts slick could probably be ruled an outlier anyways
