Suggesting a price for a hat I own MUS BE MANIPELATION
(seriously isnt, I am going for a drop in my own item MUS BE CRAZIE)
Bought mine for a KWatt Steel Toe.
Steel toe is 15 keys, and not a robo hat, making this the high of my suggestion.

After: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198071995112?time=1435388400
Not rounding, because this hat said to be 'terrible' and I was asked 'why would you do that?' by others.
+he didnt want any overpay, so I dont believe it should be counted as 10% less.
One sold for 13 keys pure

for making the other suggestions which wanted this to go down :p
but srs, the steel toe shouldnt be rounded down for no reason, as overpay was not required
Was the toe offered on the escorter? Because if it was you need overpay. That's just how this works.
Ok, lets use an analogy.
If you had a 3rd gen worth 10 keys and someone offered a 1st gen worth 10 keys.
why would you need to count the 1st gen at less?
Tell me that.
Its not based on the kind of effect
You don't count the 1st gen at less that's the entire point. Please don't try and break our rules when you don't understand them.
A first gen - priced at 10 keys- offered on a third gen, would make the third gen worth 9 keys, after overpay had been applied. The first gen is still worth 10 keys.
Reverse overpay rule can apply.
We don't have a reverse overpay rule.
overpay is required, regardless of what other people said about the hats or what the owner said. resuggest at 13 flat.
why 13 flat when 15 * 0.9 = 13.5
god, i just looked at the other suggestions. people on this website really can get too involved sometimes.
Applied an analogy, dont want to retype it.

Doesnt say overpay is required to be counted.
neither does this

Could you point out where it says?

http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/4350-new-rule-use-original-suggested-values-of-unusuals/
That says to use origional prices :p
that's outdated, because of currency fluctuation you had to use original prices for some time, however you'd still apply overpay if the hat was offered on
Found a loophole for the overpay!
The issue of reverse overpay
If the suggestion is for an offered hat (where the person offering on another hat is technically expected to overpay), do not calculated overpay or reverse overpay. Take both hats at 100% of their original average value.
Because the escorter involved with the KWatt Steel Toe had paint, 0.1 keys (1.9 ref) overpay was required, although, was not payed.
so now we can take both hats at 100% origional value.
Incorrect. Like I said, if you don't understand the rules, please don't try and break them. Just apply overpay.
Paint has no impact at all. That's not how overpay works. The quoted rule has no relevance to what you're saying.
Just, no.
Firstly, where did you find that. Secondly, please listen to the black belt "His Lordship MaGenat Esq~" and apply overpay. If you don't this is invalid. You also originally stated that;
"Not rounding, because this hat said to be 'terrible' and I was asked 'why would you do that?' by others. +he didnt want any overpay, so I dont believe it should be counted as 10% less."
You have given us no proof that "he" said that and you also included the most hated phrase in bp.tf, "I don't believe so"...... tbh no one cares about your opinion... and I'm not saying that to be rude but it's true.
