Ill dive into that gridiron to see what that would be valued at. as of the current, theres a sale at ~10 (which is far too low), a sale at 21, a fast sale at 22 and a sale at 32. Dunno bout this one

yeah I guess its depending on that value. Im going to see if theres other sales on it in order to price it, but i will do so tomorrow :P If you wish, you may do so as well :P

I checked the grid. The other sales on it dont really help. There's only one usable sale at ~13, even though sellers continuously ask for more

Well i would pay 22 as quicksell without thinking about it, so it is really outlier...

well okay, but compiled alltogether, we have

- A sale at ~10

- A sale at ~13 [even though I guess this is low for the grid, but its the only proper sale on it I can find]

- A pure sale at 21

- A fast pure sale at 22

- A sale at 32

I totally agree that both 10 and 13 are far too low, but with 4 sales below the suggested range, 32 would not be suitable for most common trading point. I guess this would either need a (large) range, or shouldnt be updated at all, seeing how it apparently has sales all over the place
