at the time, there was a sold at 22, but a seller at 19 so kevin said to do this.. is it still valid tho

Then where is this 22 key sale? Looking at that 19 key seller there have been another 6 trades since that one sold, don't just copy paste suggestions from a month ago as a lot of things can change in that month.
