OVer .66, no cooldown. This is alot more than .66.. So..

yea there should be no waiting period because its grater than a 0.66 change

There IS no waiting period if there's more than a .66 change.

All of the other suggestions have numerous sellers at 18 ref (boom has a seller at 18 with 350). Also, Boom has a buyer (s) at 18.

Perhaps a conservative drop should be taken?
