Nice catch. http://backpack.tf/stats/Strange/Specialized%20Killstreak%20Australium%20Knife/Tradable/Craftable - lots of sellers at 22-25 keys. Unfortunately, the bp.tf price is based on listings on scm instead of actual sales. And when pricing items, it's better to use item sellers anyways.
