Mini for knife - Took steam market price, got 10.53 keys, rounded up to 11. Should be alright.

Judjing by histories it was sold with ~1.2 keys in painted hats for N&B Phantom(18). No idea who offered on what so... 18*0.9 = 16.2 +1.2*0.9 = 16+1 = 17

Conclusion: Sales for ~16 pure, 16 in items, and 17 in unusuals. There's no more sales as this hat is 1:2 and 2nd wasn't traded in 4 months.
