Looking at the history of that item, it was sold back in Jun 05 (1 month ago). Too old to be used now.

Reaaally hate outpost for several reasons (forcing you to log in to go to someones steam profile and other stuff, not being able to search for completed trades easily,) including the fact you cant always tell when an item sold.

Regardless looks like an upvote.
