Even though sale # 1 is correct, (Checked buyers bp). The sale seems low. The sale above is more recent then both provided below.

They're all valid and that's what matters. If there are sales at 32, 44, 67 and the 67 sale was more recent, but all sales are within 2 months, it'd still make more sense to take 32-44 :P

So we can value this at 50. With sales at 32, 44, 50, 67, I would eliminate the low and high sales and go for a range of 44-50. Agree?

I think thats a fair value for this 67 can still be i guess high and 32 is low imo. So 44-50 seems good for this. Now we just gotta have Dan change it since it is his sugg still after all XD.
