http://imgur.com/a/IAfib#0 - It shows the memory leak fruit shoot was sold for a: Bubbling Tippler's Tricorne (bp.tf 13 keys) and a pair of Earbuds (currently 5 keys at the time of this suggestion).

http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198084021588/ - This is the buyer of the Memory Leak fruit shoot, if you look in his inventory, the hat is still there.

According to backpack.tf, there is another one in existence, but there is no real proof of it being traded.

you need to add the overpay to that sold 18 X 0.9=16.2

Unless the other one goes on sale it's doubtful we'll see this unusual again since he's trade banned. Could you link the item history if you're resuggesting.
