Alright, This doesn't meet the criteria for pricing off one sale since it's on the market. Can be resuggested in a couple of weeks. This is particularly an issue because there have been other sales and no justification has been provided as to why they are outliers.

The conditions are about pricing with one sale, not about how many sales exist? The reason is to make sure the price is accurate. If the hat had gone to collector then this would be the last sale for at least a while, so pricing based on it would be fine, but seeing as he is actively trying to sell it, it makes sense to wait a bit and see if he does because 2 sales would make for a more accurate price. That is my understanding of the rule, but I could be wrong.
