This looks too high now.

Why did you accept the taunt suggestion. But anyway why is it to high? Its more than 1 key for sure and quick sells for 1.2

7 sellers at 1.2 keys on the first page of outpost alone. Three more sellers under 1.2 keys. Several of these are even mass sellers. Available in classifieds for 1.2 or less. Shouldn't be higher than 1.2. Realistically closer to 1.1-1.2.

And on the taunt suggestion, I'm assuming you're worried that it's too high given over twenty sellers at 12 refined or less. I accepted it as better than the current range.
