If so, you will need to provide evidence that the transaction did happen.There is no way to prove that the sale actually happened via paypal without any proof of it.

Not to mention that he is selling it at 23 keys now. and i highly doubt that dayz paid that amount for the hat.Might be worth adding the seller to ask.
