You're getting the cold killer price from the bubble pipe price, but the bubble pipe was updated with that sale for the cold killer, so this is all invalid.
http://backpack.tf/vote/id/556f8424ba8d88186a8b456b - this may be the appropriate mini on the cold killer and where all the values were originally derived. Applying overpay each time from every suggestion dropped the value from 120 to 90.
