happysedits, i think you mixed it up, 3 buyers rule is only for classifieds, im not sure if its allowed in this case, but the OP has a outpost buyer, so its a valid suggestion.

i've done this with one buyer in outpost well, it got accepted

then polar said that suggestion was fault
