i bought it for around 100, it was involved in a severely complex deal with the virtual, we just took the average prices of the effect and the hat and averaged it at 100 (when i sold the virtual to him), and he bought it for 207 SCM many months before that and i used that for pricing referencing for what to sell it for. i was also offered a maimi nights BOA and i turned that down for this hat as well, which is supportive proof as well for this suggestion http://i.imgur.com/ouFIHgc.png
