http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26438784 - 3 day seller @13 keys, shows it can't easily sell even BELOW the lowest end.


All other sales I can track seems to have been on SCM. Taking 19 keys as the final price since I guess the best thing to do is refresh it.
