It's clear that 2 ref doesn't sell, so i will stick to that 1.66 ref seller on classifieds which has at least 1 day there.

The 1.66 refined seller on the classified ads hasn't bumped it for a day

Does it really matter in this case? He/she is the only 1.66 ref seller, so it will remain in 1st position until somebody starts selling it for same/less price. Plus i checked his/her steam profile and he/she connected 9 hours ago (he/she still has the genuine stick in his/her backpack).
I think you need more than 1 classified seller when there are several on outpost.
4-week and 3-week decently bumped unsolds on outpost indicate that a price drop is really needed. I agree that basing this suggestion on one 1.66 ref classifieds seller isn't great, but it's a start point since this isn't a very common item.
He had it up on outpost for 4 days at 1.66 without it selling, so that's probably enough proof that it needs a drop I guess. Not many views though.

The classified ad has been bumped. That, plus a 5 day post on outpost that was closed ([url]http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26415226[/url] - thanks to Teeny Tiny Cat for pointing it out) by the same user makes it around 5-6 days selling it for 1.66 ref.
Better yet, it has been sold for 1.66 ref.

I think there is enough proof for this to be accepted. If i have to re-suggest including all links on the main post, please tell me and will do as soon as possible.
I agree with this. Took me three weeks to sell one at 2 ref with bumping it every day. upvote.
