Overpay = Last breath (6 ref) + Brigade Helm (2.17 ref) x 0.9

Overpay = 8.17 x 0.9

Overpay = 7.33

Usually people tend to overpay over the 10% so i'll use this to support keeping 7 ref in the range

first off, where do you get 7.33 ref from?

second, he still has a valid 6 ref seller, so you're telling him to ignore the valid seller?

he also has a sale at 6 in the comments. classifieds also supports this suggestion.
