Conclusion:

4 Refined can still be obtained, but a few new sales are testing the range and I believe it needs a small drop on the lower-end.

I thought you can only use Buyers to raise a price.

Also I sell Mauls at 4-4.33 and it sells within less then a week,

Yeah but I do not see a point of dropping it. :l It sells extremely quickly at 4 ref.

Buyers are used to mediate a drop. It's best to clarify how much someone's willing to buy, so I'm not giving it too much of a drop.

And I'm not disagreeing you with 4. 4 seems like it is still a pretty common trading point, but the lower sales has called for a drop. If you can pull some logs of you selling for 4.33 in the past week or two, then I'll reconsider the suggestion.

the 3.66 seller was there a week ago, he is also the same person as the 3.66 seller, though it's not the same trade. the "seller" is more recent than the sold, it took him 2 days to sell 6 mauls at 3.66, it seems like a quicksell price to me

unbumped seller at 3.66, 11 hours old, when this ages/bumps this will be a more clear-cut example of whether this quicksells at 3.66

6 and a half hours between listing and last bump, he sold both of them.

the classified seller/guy who never bumped his outpost trade has sold his for 3.66, in a rare occasion outpost history updated before bp.tf history

if you want to drop this by a weapon leaving the range at 3.88-4, you can do that, but imo that'd be unnecessary.
