Only 2 sales I could find

Proof:

Sellers:

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26479084 (75 keys lol)

Solds:

http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198095328347?time=1435624048 (sold for an aussie minigun 1:1 ~ 21 x0.9= 19 keys)

Sold #2:

http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198118597934?time=1436259228 (sold for a miami nights anger + aussie smg ~ 8)

Mini anger:

http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198069641252?time=1436884574 (sold for an spec ks aussie ambassador ~ 15 + 12 keys) 15*0.9= 14 + 12 = 26 keys

26+8= 34 * 0.9 = 31 keys

Final edit, rephrased:

Why're you applying basic overpay on aussies and pure minis? I can understand spec ks amby overpay, but for mini and smg? Prices after overpay are what quickbuyers pay. Downvote for now

Overpay still has to be applied to australiums regardless of what quickbuyers pay.

The pure mini is kinda questionable though, but I guess it helps the range to not be too wide.

That frankly makes no sense. Even rules disagree with 10% overpay.

"...but you will need to identify what they sell for easily in pure"

I can poke some flippers to provide proofs for sales for usual price to use as a mini, but will it be worth it?

Australiums are considered near pure not without reason.

Polar has stated time nd again that the concept of 0.9 multiplier overpay is to be taken with a grain of salt. It's not real, and its only a middle ground so that people dont picket the suggestions depending on the rate being different. Now regarding aussies, they're not keys. If someone were to offer you an aussie and an equal amount of keys, I'm pretty sure you'd go with keys. If you buy an aussie however, you will have on your mind that you will be able to flip it for its actual price, or at the very least, a key or two below, possibly just a key. So for sales involving aussies, its always best to look at the other sales and use it in context to value it. Here, Dead needn't have knocked off two keys as overpay. The other sale is 31, and minigun sale going from 21 to 19 isnt going to change the average price by even more than a key. But once he did, it doesnt matter anyway because of the same reason.

tl;dr: He didnt have to take overpay on aussie, but if he did, it doesnt matter anyways.

"its always best to look at the other sales and use it in context to value it."

Want a mini? How about one more for aussie that was sold for X stable keys for a long time? Oh, it was quicksold for X keys less right after? Or maybe it was sold for some painted\parted\gifted things?

As i have not enough things to deal with during suggesting.

It's all about accuracy, i agree. But if not accuracy, we could go "16? i'll round it to 20 because it's nice number, close enough!".

Guess that's enough to explain for now.

"Want a mini? How about one more for aussie that was sold for X stable keys for a long time? Oh, it was quicksold for X keys less right after? Or maybe it was sold for some painted\parted\gifted things?" No, you go with the price it was stable at if it was obvious that one sale was a quicksale and the other sale involved painted/gifted things. This should be pretty obvious to anyone who has done suggestions. What point are you making?

"As i have not enough things to deal with during suggesting." Nobody is asking you to suggest; it's a volunteer job.If you cant do it properly, dont even do it. And it doesnt mean you can get all high and mighty about it.

"It's all about accuracy, i agree. But if not accuracy, we could go "16? i'll round it to 20 because it's nice number, close enough!".Where did that example even come from? We're talking about 19 and 21 here. And I didnt mention rounding once. Again, what are you on about? And while we're at it, yeah 4 keys can be rounded off in context if the hat calls for it. Hell, 100 keys can be rounded off depending on the hat's value.

You statements has nothing substantial and just makes you come across a person who is arrogant and angry for no reason. Cut that shit out.

Guess we won't come to a agreement, but can't say that i didn't note anything of that. G'day, i have nothing more to say nor want to.

As the One and only current owner of this hat, the price should be at 40 to 50 keys due to the offer that i had. http://gyazo.com/a46d8a4a930a3296a3afe979cc6a5ded

There is no "i think". Remember that. Provide sales or bye

dont be so rude shadow :/

thank you. im confused with price. id like to make a bit of profit, but my idea of worth is true.

Being honest = being rude? Alright.

There are ways to be honest without being rude

Doesn't really need to be around the 19 key range.
