This guy has got the right idea for sure. He's raising the price of keys because he thinks the economy is good as is(at least i think) and went through all the trouble to find the evidence. Most of the people trying to lower the keys believe the economy is terrible and keys must go down in order for it to be revived, but no proof backs it up. Upvote from me!

Second, I agree. Though I don't really have any hard proof to back yours up myself, I can probably say, from experience, that as soon as they got to that 15.77 ref point, the price has kind of been a bit wobbly, but I've definitely seen that the prices have started to go back up pretty slowly, and the places where the sales lie as well as the buyers fits pretty well here. Good proof, and upvote. ;D
