Well it didn't take much time but here is why I think it's worth at minimum 65 keys. I say this because The Hat of Cards Unusual has a suggested price around 67.94 keys, but A Hat of Cards with Arcana effect which if I have done my research correctly is worth less than Spellbound. So if Arcana is worth around 90 keys depending on the buyer since the only Hat of Cards (With spellbound) in existence is a gifted hat you deduct half of the price making it 48 keys but since it is also a 1 of 1 add 20 keys making it worth 67 keys which I see as a reasonable amount but I'm open to other suggestions!
