Also, I've noticed that as well Juju. Black belts lowering prices = 90%+, black belts raising prices = ~80%

Taking bp.tf values closest to time of sale

= (84.5+49+16)x0.9

= 134 Keys

Mini on Pan

1 Sold on May 4th for $42.49

Keys were $2.43

42.49/2.43 = 17.48

17.48 x 0.925 = 16 Keys

Conclusion:

Sales at 73, 134 and 145 Keys. Calling the 73 key sale an outlier as it's nearly half the value of the higher sales and the fact that 110 keys was declined by the owner of the first sale - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26235672 - Taking a range of 134-145 Keys (not rounding due to the value of the pan being a bit iffy.

I like how you did a Mini on the Pan at the time instead of using Bp.tf's current price :D (The bp.tf price w/ killstreaks is sometimes way off)

Haha, thanks. Yeah, it's pretty annoying when it inflates the value to the extent that when you try and list it on classifieds for normal price, it gives you a warning that you're selling too low ;-;

Having spec ks on a sf minigun tripled the price :P
