I'm skeptical of the 140 sale and wondering if there is any more sales that could tighten up the range?

I very vaguely recall a statement that pure can ignore buyout. If it would be capped at it - plain outlier.

Yup that's right, sold in 4 days after he listed it for that price, a quicksale cant be clearer. Yeah he had it for some time but he wasnt quickselling.
