It seems that the seller used their keys to buy either of the other 2 unusuals (or both, seeing how they both come from culfide, who is listed as next owner of the keys in the buyers bp)

34-40 is fine

any amount above 39 can be considered? isn't an unsold supposed to prove that the range isn't usable anymore?

if you're referring to the 39-43 unsold, taking the mean it would be above 39, but we can realistically assume he'd take 39 pure. Sales can be used for higher than that, but the range cannot exceed it, so a 34-39 range is better
