I'm the seller at 13 and I've bumped semi-regularly. Sold out 3 of them in less than a day. Price should be higher in my mind.
Too easy. And there are NONE below a key in the classifieds and only one selling at 11 refined on Outpost. Price should be a lot higher than 5-6 ref.

To be honest i'd wait the price to stabilize.
When prev. suggester made 4 ref suggestion, they were ~2$ on scm
Now they are ~1.5 and crashing.
what about sales? you need sales at the suggested price to make a raise.
