Well, just because it can't sell for 39 keys in 2 weeks (it's poorly bumped too) doesn't mean it can't sell for 40 keys. I would have included 40 in the range, especially since it is a pure sale. If the trade was up for a month and his notes were clearer, I would agree with you.
