"Whoopee caps were popular amongst American youth during the 1930s and 1940s. Commonly, children would make one using their father's worn-out fedora. The process typically involved turning the fedora inside out, trimming it, and then dying the fedora a vibrant color. After the trend caught on, whoopee caps were manufactured for purchase or available as cereal premiums."
1. 55 keys, probably would have been an upper outlier anyways

couldron bubbles flamenco is not 18 lol
True, which is why I'm not using sale 1.
I came to vote not for a history lesson.
Reluctant upvote.
Hello, I have some sales, I don't know how pricing works, just dropping this in :)
I recently sold mine + 8 keys + s. dr for: clean max, D@D whoopee cap, Eerie Vintage Merryweather, DBD Sola Topi (all clean)
Proof: http://imgur.com/TQMTpf0
And it's abit old but:
I bought it for around 69 keys and a 1 key hat (70)
Proof: http://imgur.com/ZIXhpTT
Hope this helps, if not, please ignore, thank you and have a nice day!
The first sale comes out to ~122 keys and is a bulk sale as well, so it's unusable. The second sale is over 2 months old, so I can't use it either. Thanks for clarifying the first sale; I had stumbled across it but backpack.tf histories were very unclear.
Alright cool :), good luck on your suggestion!
Upvote!
why is 55 keys an outlier?
I don't think a Cauldron Bubbles Flamenco is anywhere near 18.61 keys.
fair enough
Back with another sale to counter this suggestion i guess?
I doubt this should go this low anyways, sellers sell clean ones for around 100 keys, and i have some sales of me selling it for 100+ but old
Bought a clean one for:
Burning Pugilist Protector + DBD Whoopee Cap + 22 keys pure + 10 refined + TS Bill's Hat (all clean)
Proof: http://imgur.com/ozXd2iT
Thank you and have a nice day (like i said before, no idea how any of this works :P)!
Thanks, looks like this sale warrants a resuggestion.
