Countering the other suggestion which has a bad range and price listed. Also adding addition proof.
Tempted to go with a higher end with the first sale, but 5-6 seems like a conservative raise for now.
Sales
8.55 keys (9.5 keys x .9 = 8.55 keys)
Used overpay calculation and average steam market prices on the killstreaks over the last week.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26381374 --- Selling not buying
Young listings shouldn't matter when they are for buying. If it was to lower the price of an item and they were young, then that's different. But also it's debatable if the 2nd is young, it's been up for over a day without anybody selling to him. Only furthers my proof.
The third link has a post to buy for 5 keys.

Their b/o was 5.6.
That's a dash on that trade for 5-6, not 5.6.
Oh, still were going to take 5.
I offered him 5 pure + a 1 key item and he declined. Wanted 6 in pure.
Where does 5 keys come from? You can't use buyers as the low-end of a range, surely.
It's been done many a time on hundreds of other suggestions.
I'm fairly sure you're mixing those up with sellers.
Straight from Cleverpun which seems to apply here: http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/792-how-to-make-a-good-suggestion/
"Quickbuyers buy to resell; they are rarely good evidence for a price decrease (though an abundance at the current value can show a price should be higher)"
I'll let a mod decide this if they feel it is sufficient as proof for a low end.
That's correct, but they're never used to solidify a range. I think that's what's wrong here.
Wouldn't make any sense to have the range be 5.5-6 or 5.5 to 8.5. The buyers provide added proof that anything below 5 is outdated.
Yes, but the low-end of a range must be supported by sellers, not buyers - 5.5-6 is better than 5-6 as there's literally no proof for 5.
