I bought one for 21 keys like a week or so ago but it was level 69 so idk if that's useful for a raise. Can screenshot if necessary.

even if scm agree with raise, you still need more proof, and provide that 20 doesn't appear anymore.

There is one valid seller on outpost and it's this one which has been sold.

I bought one, some days ago, for 17 keys pure and a black Genuine Dashin' Hashshashin (3 keys without paint). I think this doesnt need a raise.

Do you have proof of it.

You are right, even if i dont count the paint, that supports the raise, but i think we need more proofs. Maybe a range 20-21 would be better.

I dont count the paint cause the seller didnt count attached paints/parts/spells in items (as everyone). I knew that someone would say "you must count the paint"...
