Sale 1: (Steam Community Market)
http://prntscr.com/7w1ww6 I sold the item via SCM for $115 (95.66 after fees).
http://prntscr.com/7w1xlq - Inventory of buyer after purchase.
The hat is 1/1 in existence, so I think the SCM sale is enough proof. If I am doing anything wrong please leave some constructive comments below. Converting market funds into keys, I calculated using 95/2.45. Keys are rarely $2.50 on market.
steam community market is only to be used as support evidence. you need actual sales

The hat is only 1/1 in existence so I thought the steam community market would do.
it should be enough. Only other recent sale was a bulk sale for a harvest moon ballcap. Im not too experienced in pricing/updating based on SCM sales, as I never do so myself, but I believe you have to convert what the seller receives and what the buyer pays, making a range with the buyers payment as high end and the sellers gain as low end
