Topi is outdated and would require a mini, but this wont be a substantial difference. It sold for a bubbling fukaa (outdated at 16) and has a (quick)seller at 11 on OP. guessing whichever of these I use as value for the topi, it would end up between the suggested range anyway

Seeing how the bubbling tossle is probably lower in reality (seeing the sellers below its current) Im gonna exclude that sale as a low outlier, going with a range of 28-35
