Felt like the range could use some tightening up. Did my very best to find trades on OP without parts/killstreaks (there aren't many!)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26554403 - Unsold at 1.4 keys (2 days)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26380739 - Unsold at 1.5 keys (2 weeks)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26525564 - Unsold at 'bp.tf price' (4 days)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26547228 - Seller at 1.2 keys (poorly bumped, 2 days)
Classifieds supports this, lots of sellers towards the lower end of the range:

Basic message is 1.4 and 1.5 keys aren't a common trading point, should be taken out of the range.
Comments and feedback will be appreciated :)
Your 1.2 keys seller bumped a few minutes ago, and based on the number of views it's very valid. From what i'm seeing here, you could actually remove the range and make it 1.2 keys flat since there are 7 more sellers on classifieds (4 of them being bots), and buyers are around 1.1 keys.
Edit: By the way, you should include a picture of classifieds to support your suggestions, here it is: http://imgur.com/pbc7OPk
Where do you get 1.3?
hmm, I sold one today for 1.5 http://i.imgur.com/v7aHyj9.png
A single link at 1.2 is not enough to define the value on such a common item. And there are fewer than 10 listings at 1.3 on classifieds, so that isn't really valid to use on its own either given how many of these are on the market.
