true,there are a lot of guys that have buying trades for "any unusual",but the fact that there are normally 2 pages of quickbuyers (with repeated prices) for non-robo hats opposed to robo hats speaks for itself

i'd buy it for 10 - if i saw it. but i don't bother looking through random trades on OP to find good deals.

You have to compare things equally. Part of the problem with this site and its pricing of unusuals is that we sometimes forget this. That's how you get situations where a scorching rack that sells for 200 keys regularly in under a week gets valued the same as something like a sulphurous bomber that takes 3 months to sell for 220 in unusuals. They both get listed at 200 but hat 1 is not worth the same as hat 2. You cannot simply say that this is a robo hat or a 3rd gen effect and say that 2 days is a quicksell for this. You have to remain consistent and compare all hats and effects equally or you get nonsensical values.

but why should we count a sale that sold to someone who only wants to profit.

also in turn,i'd say that you shouldn't use only 1 day to determinate a quicksell (at least not with unusuals),so yea.

i agree with that. and that is something you wrote,and goes against what you wrote now.

I'm not trying to change the rules or even to suggest that your range is bad. I just wanted to make a point regarding your robo hat vs non-robo hat comment.
