Sale at 52 went in 4 days. The B/O at 60 supports 60 flat as the price.

I would probably go with 52-65 here. Capping off a b/o at 60 isn't really appropriate. Just because it hasn't sold in 11 days doesn't mean it can't sell for more than 60 in a month. And 4 days isn't really that fast.

I think it would be fine to cap off your b/o if that trade was sitting for a month+.
