It doesn't work that way. You can't just use outdated backpack.tf values for your hats because there are no recent sales.

You're better off just waiting until a valid sale occurs and resuggest then. The same goes for your Terror-Watt Das Gutenkutteharen suggestion.

I've done this before and got accepted tho, mods will probs leave this open for like 20 days, see if any sales for the outdated hats happen and then think bout it

Brendan is right. If a hat is outdated and it can't be updated, it can't be used.
