You need unsolds at 5 refined and a screenshot of the classified listings if you want to use them as main proof (at least 10 listings for a common item)

I was going to sell it for 5 ref but no one bought it. So i sold it 2.33
I think the price is ok.
I bought a few of these within ~30 minutes of my trade being up for 3 refined each. Definitely needs the drop.

I have a question (something different) , propose : I have a unusual , it has no price yet and I have one , I sell (sold) it for 35 keys in items , Can I use my own sale to get a price on that unusual what I have sold?
Yes, you can, but it's not that simple. You have to multiply it by 0,9 if paying in items, if unusuals were involved, make sure their price is not out of date, most importantly find out if there's any other usable sales. You should ask for advice from someone else, I've never done an unusual suggestion so I can't be sure.
