only 5 sellers on outpost, noone on bazaar; only 4 of them have a painting set in their backpack;

this guy was selling 3 painting sets for 1 key + 3 ref each, after a week he sold just 1; a week ago i offered 1 key + 1 ref, he accepted and changed his price to 1 key + 1 ref; his last set is still unsold after 2 weeks:
