I dunno,... like i said, the private eye owner had a listing for it. Whoopee guy didnt. Who do you think is more likely to stumble onto the other's trade and think, "hmm, i should contact this guy". Of course, this isn't set in stone; they might have known each other or something, but that begs the question why did the eye guy even bother putting up his trade? Unless someone wants to add one of those guys and ask,which im too lazy to do, it's a reasonable and safe assumption to make here that whoopee person contacted and offered. This would prevent the unnecessary docking of a couple of keys based on the meta; if its wrong, someone can always re-suggest. My two cents.
