It looks like 27 is an outlier considering the clean one is sold for 22 Keys. I would go for 21-22 Keys.

Also, regarding on the Ghosts Fro mini, I found another one here.

You do not take overpay on pure mini sales. Sale # 2 should be 30 Keys. You should re-suggest at 21-30

that's debatable because if you were suggesting a price for the fro in an actual suggestion, you would price it at 30 keys in this case for example and then you'd apply overpay. this is fine as is, i've seen both types of suggestions accepted
