As 3 others already pointed out above, both of your sales are undoubtedly obvious outliers. Even if it "is one of the worst effects", there is absolutely no way that an all-class Molten Mallard hat would be lower than 20 keys. Not to sound rude or anything, but it is pretty common sense to figure out that your suggested range is far too low and that you should wait until more sales occur to price this.
