If you had a sale (With Proof and such) showing it selling for 60 or so keys, you could do this i believe, not as a range, but since 1 of 2, and the other i see no sign of them giving it up, it could be priced with 1 valid sale given that the other hasn't been traded/sold within I believe 3 months (? correct me if i'm wrong)

But saying it is rare is not valid, nor a sale, nor a fact.
