EDIT: Only just saw there were 1 uncraft Pink Billycock on outpost, and 1 without a price

If the buyer is > current price, you can use it to raise the price.

Going along with what I said, I think you need 3 Buyers for an item if it's with Classifieds.

Also, the Ad is unbumped for 3 Days.

If you're serious about buying it, and your trade matures slightly (probably a few hours - day is minimum), I'd say so.

Two in the classifieds at 1.66 ref currently.

I believe I actually sold one for 2 ref some time ago. But steam is currently having issues and my item history is totally unavailable so I can't check, sorry.
