I think so...

There is no rule against it, but the Dread Knot has been dropping majorly recently. Only about 4 months ago the Aces Knot dropped to 8 keys, beating the N&B Mongolian (8.5 keys) as the least expensive hat. The Heavy has been getting ruined with his item's value, so it's not hard to expect a 6 key unusual coming soon. So all-in-all, Heavy unusuals are worthless.

N&B Ketche is 8 aswell, and was priced b4 aces knot iirc, just something to add.

Well, let's make a flashback to 2014. "Tekkenrun" border was 8 keys, now it's 7-7.5. Maybe later it'll be possible to price an unusual @7 keys, but right now assload of buyers for =>7 counter it

Pretty much this, and I personally think it'll stay like this for a while.

I before used to buy literally any unusual for 7 Keys, but now I restrict myself from buying gifted ones or specific unusuals. a 7-8 unusual may happen sometime, but it's unlikely in my opinion.

Keep voting, you've got a decent handful of Rep. The multipliers aren't just 2x, 3x, etc. I have about 400 Rep, and a 1.6x multiplier! By the looks of yours, you should be getting a multiplier yourself pretty soon-ish.
