You would need overpay on the 1 sale and that buyer is a collector.

A single trade for items is not going to be enough to call the high end 2.66 here. Item trades usually require a factor of overpay and no research has ever been done to show what the typical factor of overpay is. Could have taken 2.66 in items in place of 2.33 refined pure. It's impossible to say.
