Ive done some digging in the sulphurous tyrannus. Its probably significantly less than 100 in realistic values, seeing how it sold repeatedly below that value.

It consistently sold alongside an unpriced vivid metal slug, which I cannot appraise properly at the moment. Deeper digging got me to one sale for which I'd need an update on another hat. Itll take some time, but Ill try to update the sulph tyrannus and the hazmat for you

the last price suggestion for this item, the blackbelts chimed in on and it was made clear the b/o was 110 on the 134 sale. Always helps to read prior suggestions especially if you're using the same proof. Pricing must be an up-to-date price or a mini has to be done to justify the hat thats traded for. Overpay must be calculated at <item> x .9 unless it is offered. Try and be sure you have all the recent sales of all the hats especially if its a low 1 of 1-5 ish. Don't use trades outside of 'the recent' (3 months tops but usually under 2 months old is best). Take out the obvious lows and highs, and bamm. Suggestion perfect lol You have pretty much all the information here in the comments to close this and resuggest, you'll just have to do minis on the hazmat and sulph trib (unless foamy does updates on those).
