Hmm the scammer sale is odd, because he was trade banned but not marked at the time of the trade on sr directly even if it says so on outpost.

I'm asking since i don't remember. : Does it matter? I mean, we all know how sr is dealing with reports. Can a plain outpost ban for even gift wrap scamming be enough to make a sale invalid?

Aaron told me that sales with Outpost banned yet not SR marked people are fine. (Unless they're outpost banned for scamming) and that sales with marked scammers are never usable. If Wolfi could confirm that would be good, I guess that means this sale is still valid?

Sale isn't invailed , also it's not based on this one notice that all sales in tis usggestion or a lot of more sales all fo them around 70 - 80 :)

Consider the point of the rule. If you are banned from the major trading sites, how hard do you think it is going to be to sell unusuals for their full value? Most of the time, people banned on outpost / bp.tf have to overpay big time for hats they want and sell their own hats for much less to complete the trade. This is especially so when they are marked because most people won't trade with them. There's not going to be a hard and fast rule about what kinds of trades are allowed. Suffice it to say that you should be wary of any trades that happen off market for any reason, whether the person is banned on outpost or not. Usually these kinds of trades are outliers. Consider them in the context of other sales when determining if they are outliers.

I'm not trying to be rude or anything, I'm just saying the lowend here is a quicksell (sold in less than 1 day, and is thus invalid) and if there are more sales in this range like you say, then you must include them.

well there are many as i saw at outpost but this is enough it's also not based on that sale there are another 2 i also said (( outdated ))
