You can't kit make up an arbitrary number based on what you think sounds reasonable. You have to make a mini, and there is no way around it.

It doesn't make it invalid. Applying Killstreak on an Unusual is just like applying Strange on an Unusual. The "Killstreak" bit's value is just too low to be considered in the price. Using it will be ok.
