No, thats not how minis work

I dont know if there's official rules for it, but I know (some of the) mods highly prefer to use updated hats, even for minis.

A quick look at the market shows that 81 (after overpay) is probably too high, as pretty much all are being sold ~70-75

does it matter that i got it on an auction? auctioneers are kinda forced to take w/e they are offered
